TehnoPOND d.o.o. is a supplier of serial products and prototypes, welded assemblies, prototype products and moldings for the needs of tractor production, agricultural machinery and the automotive industry; also components for cranes. The production process includes, among other things, laser cutting of sheet metal, production of prototype tools and tools for cold forming of sheet metal.

We are a certified company that, in addition to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certificates, also has the production standard EN 1090-1.

The team of 30 employees (2 shifts), has several years of practical knowledge in the production of the following processes:

- 3D constructions (tools, devices, meters); ProE - toolmaker

- 3D laser cutting (3D laser cutting or pipe cutting),

- 2D laser cutting (laser cuts),

- CNC turning,

- CNC milling (pressing tools, turned parts); ProE - toolmaker

- Press (drawn parts, pressed parts)

- CNC welding (welding of parts by robotic welding)

- manual welding (welding parts)

- surface treatment (sandblasting, powder coating)

- Quality assurance (3D measuring machine, welding)
